Applied, together with IMA Group, will take part in the 21st ILIAS Conference, scheduled for Thursday 8 and Friday 9 September 2022, at the FICO Eataly World Congress Centre in Bologna.

The event will bring together Europe's leading e-learning experts and will be an opportunity to take stock of current issues related to online training and at the same time to map out the future of virtual training activities.

The pandemic background of recent years has, not surprisingly, led to the emergence of new business models for more effective business process management, with the aim of meeting emerging re-skilling and up-skilling needs.

The conference will be an opportunity to talk about these and other topics dedicated to the role of e-learning and the answers that a dynamic and digital education can provide as the key to accelerating a company's digital development.

The programme will include two talks by two speakers from the IMA and Applied worlds.

Caterina Castellani, Head of Digital Education Solutions Business Unit Applied, will lead the speech "Applied Bridge: the solution addressed to ILIAS platform administrators and tutors for an autonomous, segregated and time-saving accounting management of the platform", sharing news about the new accounting system integrated in ILIAS LMS, designed and developed entirely by Applied, aimed at the efficiency of the activities carried out by administrators or tutors. This new accounting system, which is particularly versatile, will pave the way for increased customisation of talent management systems adopted by companies.
Thursday 8 September at 16:30

Martina Solimini, Processes and platforms integration Project Manager IMA Group, will lead the speech "Training and automation: semiautomatic composition of training contents"
, talking about how the IMA Group has developed, within the ILIAS platform, a process for producing and sharing training to its customers, the MIXER, capable of automating the editing of content within the platform.
