In compliance with the provisions of art. 13 EU Reg. n.679/2016 (GDPR) Applied S.r.l. (hereinafter also Holder), intends to provide you with the following information.

Purpose and legal basis
The personal data you provide by using the contact form and other contact data on the website will be used by the Owner to follow up on your requests. The processing of such data does not require your consent, since it represents a legitimate interest of the Owner to be able to follow up on your request (art.6, lett. f) GDPR). The processing of the requested data is therefore optional but necessary for the purposes of formalizing your request: if you refuse to provide such data, the Data Controller will not be able to consider your request.

Period of conservation and categories of recipients
The personal data in question will be kept until the purposes as described in point 1 of this statement are achieved and, in any case, will be deleted from the database of the website after 60 days of receipt. If the request made is for the purpose of sending commercial offers, technical assistance or recruiting, the retention period of data processed for these purposes will be made known to those concerned by sending specific information. At the end of these treatments, the data will be deleted or anonymized within the information systems and, if any, paper files of the owner. The personal data in question will never be disclosed or communicated to anyone, unless this is necessary to properly fulfill your request and - in any case - after consultation.

Data controller, contacts and rights of the data subject
The data controller is Applied S.r.l., with registered office in via Speranza, 35 - San Lazzaro di Savena (BO), which can be contacted at privacy@applied.it. The data subject has the right, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR to:
- request from the Data Controller access, rectification and deletion of personal data;
- the updating or, when interested, the integration of data;
- the transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- request the limitation of the processing of data concerning him or her or to object to their processing;
- exercise their right to data portability.
The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the Data Protection Authority). Requests to exercise the rights provided by the GDPR in favor of the data subject may be addressed to the Data Controller.
